Really good Service and Super clean Rooms!!!
helpful staff central location spacious room delicious food
I loved the helpful staff. Zoha, Hilal, Yunus, Umit, Hilmi, Asrin, and Turan. The location is very central. I was only a 10-minute walk from Taksim Square and close to many shops. My room was spacious and super clean. The housekeeping service was very reliable. The breakfast included great variety and delicious food.
One of the elevators had a problem and was not repaired. It caused us panic when it stopped, and the door did not open properly.

polite staff good breakfast convenient location
The staff was very polite. They were helpful in every way. I did not try the food there, but a friend told me the breakfast is very good. The location was convenient near local shops.
The room's soundproofing was not great. I could hear street noise.

great location nice room hard bed poor curtains
the location was amazing!!! it was super close to osman bey station. rooms were very nice and clean. reception employees were so nice and helpful!!!
the bed was hard and uncomfortable. the room had curtains, but they didn't block the light properly, so it was very bright in the morning.

surprisingly pleasant stay
attentive staff convenient location
the staff, particularly zoha and hilal, were attentive. my room was well kept. i really liked the location as it was close to shops and transport. i also found breakfast offered a lot of variety.
i did encounter noise from the street. this. i hoped it was quieter.
